The Ottawa-Carleton Elementary Athletic Association (OCEAA) oversees Ottawa-Carleton District School Board interscholastic sports for Grades 4-8 competition seasons. We are the governing body for Elementary Athletics in the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board.
